It is our goal to work with industry leaders to identify top performing associates of color and join with their law firms to deliver investments directed to career development and impact.

Stakeholder 100 candidates may be (a) nominated by a partner in their law firm or (b) nominated by a member of our Regional or National Selection Committee.

All nomination packages will be submitted to and reviewed by the applicable Regional Committee. The Regional Committee will nominate a pool of candidates for review by the National Selection Committee.

The Selection Committees will apply our SPIRIT Top Performer Model™ Criteria to select Stakeholder 100 awardees.
